I had a very very bad experience with Daikin. Yesterday, we purchased four star inverter split air conditioner of 1.5 ton. And, today we had one of the most horrible experience with the customer service. The installation guys were so bad and manipulative. I could have never expected from such a reputed company like Daikin.
In addition to other nuisance created by the installation guys; the ac unit does not look like functioning properly. The cooling of the air conditioner looks pathetic with the bad sound which was already coming at the time of installation and the installation guys tried to convince me that this noise is natural.
In short, not only the quality of the ac unit is bad, the customer service is worse. This is really my bad luck to have wasted so much money on Daikin.
