Hello, Recently I bought a Dakin AC in the before two month. But we are having to confront enormous amounts of problems related to cooling since we bought this AC. We have already got our complaint lodged more than 4 times within four days but they just check it and sometimes they don't come on time, still they are not able to scrutinize the main problem, that what is an emphatic reason behind it. There is a gigantic problem in this AC, which is, the AC is running at 18 temperature.
At the end I would say, I paid 42, 000 rupees for this AC. But it is not able to make me feel affectionate and my family. The situation is making me feel so skeptical that where do I have to go, and where I can get my complaint lodged because the company people keep on confabulating regarding this problem. So if the company is not going to take any sort of action against it, so I return the AC and purchase some other company AC.
