Daikin service is really horrible and it is my sincere advise not to purchase this AC.During the beginning of April, 2015 a new Diakin 1.5 Ton Split AC was purchased by me and after installation by the engineer, AC cooling was not working and I made a call in order to send the technician.He came after two days and said that there is a gas leakage and it will be filled by tomorrow.After repeated follow up, the engineer was sent after two days and filled the gas. During June, 2016 the same problem resulted for which I made a complaint through toll free number.The technician charged Rs.4000/- for filling the gas as the cooling was not resulting. A few days before, the same problem resulted and I was enforced to make a complaint through toll free number.My request to them is a final one now which will be followed by my approach to consumer forum.I am having one more split AC from LG and no such problem resulted since past five years. After having used Diakin AC, my views are as under.
1.Dealers of Daikin supplied a defective unit for which I have to spend Rs.4000-5000/-every year for filling of gas.
2.This is not the way to deal with customers who have spent Rs.43, 000/- to 44, 000/-.
3.Diakin name is big but the money spent resulted in a wastage for me.
4.Instead of being insisted, team of Daikin has made me feel irritated .
