I own like 5 1.5 ton daikin split air conditioners. and this summer of 2016 has been the worst so far not only due to high temperature but mostly due to the service of the daikin customer service. I have raised complaints from April 26th 2016 about the breakdown of two units at my home and even till today that is 30th April no technician called up nor attended my call. I have taken up this issue with the customer care of daikin and they are like we have escalated this issue.
This escalation was done by me continuously for 3 days by calling up customer care number that is 1800 but I think they do not understand the importance or the very meaning of escalation. The temperature here in Hyderabad is nearing to 45 degrees and the customer care of daikin is pathetic, non-responsive and I think the job of daikin is not completed only after sales. they should appoint good and efficient after sales service. I think road side technicians and air conditioners are good then spending high amount on this useless stupid customer service of big brands.
