I purchased this perticular model in the month of march of 2017 and initially everything was going good when the ac was installed but only after 4 months it gave me numerous problems. First the Ac cooling power gradually decreased and I thought that it is summer season and we have around 40 degree temperature outside so it must be having some problems so I called the customer care number of daikin and notified them regarding the same.Their service man came after 1 day and told us that the ac is working well, I was shocked from the reply because they did not do anything and said that this is the ac's maximum cooling power. However I was not satisfied and thought that if this continues I am going to make a complaint after 1-2 weeks again. In between this time the ac started to make a crackling noise 7-8 times in a day. I made a compliant again and a different serviceman came from daikin again. This time this guy made a good cleaning from inside and took out a lot of dust for which the 80% of the problem was happening.I told him about the previous support guy and he was sorry for that. I thought this might be the end of all problems because the cooling was very good after the service but my satisfaction from the service could not last long as because the same problems occurred in the month of September. I was very much frustrated because I purchased this ac for my mom and dad's room.
This model of Daikin Is absolutely not worth the money!
