Few months back we have purchased this ac for my mom and this purchase has turned out to be worst purchase of our life. this ac is made of very poor quality material it is not suitable for rough an tough use. cooling of this ac is extremely poor it takes so long to cool even a small room which is so disappointing while cooling ac also releases the foully smell which makes so difficult to survive in the room not only this even the while cooling the ac sounds very heavy as well which makes it uncomfortable for us to have a proper sleep in the room. I have raised all these issues with the company but company mechanics have failed to provide solution to the problem even the ac is under warranty and now whenever I call the company they reject my call so as per experience the service & support of company is very poor.
this ac consumes high power as well as compared to other air conditioners in the market. the quality of ac is very bad the color of ac has started fading away even the ac vents are very poor in quality they do not work properly on swing mode. overall this air conditioner has failed to satisfy me as per my experience this air conditioner is not reliable for long term use because due to poor quality this air conditioner has no value for money. so I do not recommend this ac to anyone because it is total wastage of money rather than buying this please go for any other air conditioner in the market. in my case as no one in company has solved my problems so it seems as I have wasted my money on this air conditioner.
