During installation the AC water pipe was not properly fitted. I had to call the customer care to fix it. The new fello fixed the water pipe but now the cooling doesnt happen. The service men are very careless in handling the indoor unit. Even after waiting 5hrs no cooling hapens. When I put my hand before the vent of the AC only 1/3rd of the vent is throwing cool air; the other part throws warm air.
its very irritating to use daikin. Btw the unit is only 1month old.
The 1st service man had burnt his clothes installing the machine. I felt very bad for he had not followed any safety precautions.; infact gave him some money to buy a new garment. He broke my bathroom tiles and made things messy. The after a week or so I started seeing some oil leaking through tthe unit when I contacted the customer care this time they sent some teanager. It was terrifying seeing how he handles the unit. what ever it was clear that he was doing some jugad to fix the problem. THis seems to work however since he left the cooling stopped.
