Recently, my Daikin AC stopped working and I reported the issue to the given complaint number. Still I have the warranty, that's why I reported to them so that I can save money.i just called them 10 times a day but they are not responding well. 2 days later I got them finally and reported my issue.I just waited for them but even after a week they didn't came for the service.
I called to the main branch and they told to call the dealer and I even did it and he said we are arriving to look up your problem. I waited for the whole day, but they again disappointed me without their presence. I just got frustrated at that time and I called a technician nearest by home and got repaired my air conditioner.
The product features are good .it has great cooling and no problem with sound.But the major thing is - Very Poor Customer Service.
