Honey is for seet taste.The doctor suggested me to take the dabur honey for fat reduction.With the doctor reference I bought it.I used it daily.I used it in the daily morning.Everyday I take one spoon of honey.Almostly one and half month completed.But there is no result.
But I feel very tasty when I eat it.The disadvantage in this is no fat reduction.For children's it is useful.I mean they will take regularly, because it is tasty.Once anybody addicts to it, they don't leave it.But there is no results for us.Only taste.I suggest patanjali products instead of it.The patanjali are less coat are ayurvedhic.Dabur hney is waste of time while using it.
