It definitely can replace sugar. it can be used for the beverages, for desserts, etc. I have been using dabur honey since the last three years after my doctor asked me to replace my precious sugar cubes with honey. believe me, it tastes delicious when you make tea, coffee or may be milkshakes with honey instead of using sugar. custards, puddings, cakes, etc., they become a real treat to your taste buds. I have a calcium deficiency so im prescribed to drink milk and I dont like the taste of milk alone. I had a habbit of mixing chocolate powder in it. but then chocolate will contribute towards making me fat. so I usually add 1 spoon full dabur honey in it. it gives a different taste plus im a fan of sweet savouries. so yes it can actually replace sugar and still give you the taste of it. it gives you a goodness of health with the same taste.
