Recently I had a very bad experience from DTDC Courier. I have to courier patient reports on daily basis. one week before, I couriered a report within delhi from a DTDC Centre near me. I asked them when will it get delivered. They told me that it will be delivered to the person next day means it will take only one day to reach the report. It was a 3/4 page report. So I informed the patient that you will get your report tomorrow by evening. After 4 days patient called me and said, still he has not received the report. I went to the centre and asked them whats the status of that courier. They told me that it is still in delhi's branch and it will reach next day means still it took them one day. I put a online complaint to their mail id. After 2 days I received the mail. It just ruined my whole day and eventually I went 30 kms myself to the patient home and gave the report. Worst experience I had with them. I will not recommend this to anyone. Customer Service should be quick and Staff should tell the exact thing to their customers.
