Recently a month back I have returned the TV Camera product of value 6000 to Snapdeal warehouse in Bangalore via DTDC courier ON last month The tracking number is showing the status as delivered but snapdeal is saying it is not received. DTDC has charged 380 rupees and providing all false information in status. The numbers provided in DTDC site are not answering calls. Proper customer care number is also not provided. the TV camera is not delivered to Snapdeal I had incured the loss of around 6000+400 including the courier charges. This is serious neglect from the DTDC.
