They won't deliver couriers to home in kerala(Karukachal), have to go and collect the parcel from their office. If asked, they respond by saying'everyone comes to collect, what problem do you have'. Is this even called'service'?
This is a fraud service company with fraud claims. Request people to stop using this service. Sending parcel through this courier only creates unnecessary trouble to the recipients than the sender!
