DTDC doesn't handle goods with care. I have sent a Birthday gift to my friend and I wrote Fragile and told the person In-charge that I have packed it properly but please handle with care. But finally the gift was broken and the delivery was on time as promised. suggestion is if someone says to handle with care please do it.
