This courier service has got to be the most low down, horrible service with absolutely NO regard for customer sentiments. Also, DTDC's company policy seems to promote kindergarten behavior since ALL of their branch offices and ALL INDIA customer care lines are unavailable post 8 PM. Are they forgetting they are a logistics company? Whatever happened to round the clock service?
I am narrating an incident as recent as 6th July 2016. A friend of mine booked a parcel from Delhi to Mumbai via DTDC's premium NEXT DAY delivery service. They promised delivery by NOON the next day, i.e. today, i.e. 7th July 2016.
TRACKING NUMBER IS V29907226.
As of 10:30 PM today, I have received NO PARCEL and to make things worse their website tracking says DELIVERED. This is ridiculous! Furthermore, NONE of their customer service lines work!
This parcel contained time critical documents which HAD to reach today.
It shameful and it's fairly obvious what DTDC has done. The local delivery office has marked the package DELIVERED just to prove on the company's ERP that delivery was made in 1 day.
Safe to say, I will NEVER EVER use DTDC again, regular or premium.
