I have booked a courier for Mumbai with DTDC Blue service. DTDC promises for Blue service, delivery in two working days. After lapse of 04 days. DTDC fails to deliver the pacakage. I earlier also tried but it fails. DTDC is a worst service. Services and staff of local DTDC office are not upto the mark. They treat customer as a big fool. They charges rs. 250 for courier, but fails to deliever the package.
