This mail is regarding the experience or I would say the bad experience which I am facing from 4-5days. I am using your service from last 3years and was very delighted with the overall service provided to me.
But my experience got bitter when I have not received my parcel and top of that I called your branch office Noida, Sector-7, but no response. I tried at least 20 times but they can't pick any call. Tracking no. and details are as given below: I hope you people can understand my problem and try to deliver it soon.
