I had such a bad experience with DTDC, not once but twice. Even the Plus service is horrible. Please do not use this service. I paid 200 for plus service for 2 days delivery but even after 4 days it is still on the way and that also misrouted to other destination.customer care is least bother for this and they are just keep giving different number to contact. they do not care for customer satisfaction and least chance of improvement. I am not sure whether my courier will reach to the destination or not irrespective of date now,
