Hi guys, This is Bharat from Vijayawada I do a lot of Online Shopping and last week I ordered a Gaming mouse from Amazon.com and for import charges I pay around 500rs and for Courier I pay around 500rs. and DTDC make me feel worst service in delivering before this I got delivered by Fedex, Aramex Couriers mostly this is my first worst experience with DTDC. I'm not able to get information of my product Through mobile notification or mail. When it comes to custom check they contacted me through mobile for my KYC documents and I give mail id and they told me I got mail from them and I need to upload my KYC documents there I wanted for 2 days and didnt get mail from them I contacted them again and 2nd time they send me mail. after a week of Customs check when its come to Delivery they didnt even inform me about their coming to Delivery. When They come I ask them to come on next day as I went to work on that day as I need to submit some KYC documents to get my product. After that day they didn't contacted me again I waited for 2 more days one day when I call them about information regarding my product they shout on me that why didnt I go to their DTDC layout and collect my parcel by submitting documents and when I ask for home delivery they said they came once and im not at home so they didn't come again. It went ending for me by going to their place and collect my parcel. Such a Crap Customer Service paying money of 500 ending up going to collect my product by going to them. Never want such a crap DTDC.
