DTDC is one of the worst courier network I have ever used.
I have booked a courier for PUNE with Shop No 53/54, Main Road, Paud Road, Pune - 411038, G T M M Boys Chowk(Map). DTDC promises delivery in two working days. After lapse of 04 days. DTDC fails to deliver the pacakage at gujarat Chotila .DTDC is a worst service. Services and staff of local DTDC office are not upto the mark. They treat customer as a big fool.
even they didn't call sender and reciver for the confirmation or the information.I will not recommend this to anyone. Customer Service should be quick and Staff should tell the exact thing to their customers.
