The people working at dtdc are having no sense to talk to customers. It has been more than a week, my parcel has not yet delivered. DTDC people had assured it wud reach within 3-4 days.
The Tracking website is worst, doesnt seem to get updated. I even had to call the DTDC hub of the sending address. People had no manners to talk. They were rude and they just dint seem to respond politely.in simple words, worst service.
