Before you courier any documents in DTDC, please think multiple times how they provide service and response. I have sent some important documents through DTDC from Bommasandra, Bangalore. But they missed my courier packet if I enquired about the status the agent is not responsing to track the documents. very bad response from the agent I don't know why DTDC is not able to track the status.it's almost 15 days till date no update from DTDC. I am sure I never send any documents through DTDC and request all of you don't trust DTDC.
Here is the answer from DTDC - we have lost 38 courier packets, what can we do if it's not available. He does not have any responsible to find the packet.
