They have the worst service possible. They should be called DTDC Warehouse service, not courier services since they will just keep your parcel in their warehouse and will never update you with any status.
Their customer service is also pathetic. Do not ever use their service.
You will lose your stuff.
Really bad courier company. They should not be allowed to operate.
Its been a month since I first booked my courier and they have not attempted to deliver even. Everytime they give the status as MISROUTE. And they do not bother to update the customer about the failed delivery.
