I had bad experience once with the DTDC Courier. Still I used it's service as there was no other option available and this time they crossed every limit. Last week back I sent some important documents to my friend who lives in Pune. They said that the documents will be delivered with in 4 days with express delivery. But the documents didn't reach within the time, I called customer service and they said they will call me back when they get the response from Pune office. But I didn't receive the information, so I visited the office from where I sent the parcel to inquire about the status of my courier. They kept me waiting for about an hour hour saying that they could not find the tracking number of my courier. The staff behavior was so pathetic that they told me nothing can be done about the problem and asked me to take the refund and leave the office. Friends, I would seriously suggest that you do not use DTDC.
