EBay sellers seem to have some arrangement with DTDC. They refuse to send the item through any other courier. Of course DTDC accepts items without verifying whether they can deliver the item. Their local man returns the item with comments like Addressee left the place, addressee not traceable and other false reasons.
Complaints to EBAY and DTDC does not seem to help. DTDC is in the habit of asking the addressee to collect from their nearby branch. I have had problems with DTDC delivery with EBay, Amazon, Snapdeal and other sellers
