I purchased a product from Amazon, and Amazon seller shipped the item to my PIN- 758082 two days later via DTDC courier. However, after more than 10 days to despatch, DTDC people have delivered the product to wrong person. They have also not asked the recipients name or relationship. They simply handed over the consignment to an unknown person( As per feedback received from DTDC personnel).
When I complained about the same to the seller, they had again re-shipped the item via DTDC courier. Its more than 10 days now, and I have still not received the product. The seller have given the Courier person extra charge for delivering the item to remote location, but till now I have not received the product. Also, the tracking details are not available in their portal.
Simply its a CHEAT COMPANY. They again going to steal the consignment.
