Last month my son forget to take his sweater and he call me send his sweater through courier I packed and go to courier dtdc because it near to my appartment they charge excess with me because I say I need hurry to send and they say be sure you courier deliverd within this week but after a week my son again say about send sweater I say I send you will get but slowly slowly time is going 15 days go he did not get sweater now I go courier office they say please track through web when I check status I shocked it say it is in rajasthan and take around 15 days to reach mahrastra really how they charge excess but not delivered on time a poor quality and service they provide.
