I don't prefer sending parcel through DTDC beacuase of really 2 bad experiences in past. This 2nd time I was again forced to go with DTDC as the was no other option again. And the result is after 5 days. After my putting request they found my packet. Packet was at designation but no delivery attempt in 5 days.
Customer service is really bad. They don't care about your problem. Disrespectful and bad mannered staff. What is the use of having branches all over India when you can not provide service. Never use this service very very bad service provider.
Very much disappointed with DTDC delivery services. Waste of money.
