I have recently bought a santro gls from DSC Hyundai..They have commited a delivery time when I went there they asked me to wait and gave the car after 4 hours of wait time.
They have committed to give accessories(Car Cover etc) along with my buying but when they delivered they said they donot have stock. Eventoday after a weeks time they are yet give me the car cover if I call them the response is poor.
I am scared now how I am going to continue with them for my car scheduled services going forward.. The commitment and response to a customer is pretty worse. Till you book and pay the money there will be plenty of follow up from the sales executive once you paid them then you need go behind them for your delivery and everything..
Never ever go to buy a Hyundai Car with this dealer..
