I had bought DIR-505 which is a portable Wi-Fi router having many features and saves a lot of table space.
It connects directly to power outlet and LAN chord gets connected to this only. It has a USB port also to share any USB storage with multiple devices. It is a very good and useful product from D0Link.
BUT....
The customer care support is ZERO ... yes ZERO. I have tried calling their technical support 1800-22-8998 atleast 10 times in last 3 weeks but was not able to talk to a support guy/lady once
It asks to send mail with problem and I have not heard from them also.What is use of a good product it it not having good technical support? And with so many set up options, it is not easy to set up.
