Cheap Store Has Having Cheap Attitude Staff

I would like to talk about Embarrassing experience which I had with Dmart Siddapura, Bangalore( near Kundanahalli) . I agree with saying this is one of the cheap store in this area but I feel they have lot of cheap attitude ppl, who need to know how to deal with the customer first.


I visited this store more than 6 times, out of which I faced one or other issues created by staff close to 5 times. I would like to give a chance to the ppl, who are making mistakes and always try to give a suggestion to see some improvements. So always when ever I go to customer care and tell about my issues and there are more than 3 instances they also does not care to understand the issue. They are busy with time passing with co worker. If this is the case I would like to suggest d mart group to save their money in eliminating this group as well.


Above things are not hurtled me so bad than which am going to explain now.


On Sep 14, I visited above store and shopped for close 3 k and went to pay my bill near cash counter. Cashier swiped my card first time I got the msg to my mobile saying that amount is gone out from my card, but she started saying there is a technical error u may get back ur payment shortly. So I have given my card second time they have swiped it again, I signed on the second slip, left form mall. After 2 hours as well I did not receive any msg, I called my bank and inquired about my transaction, which I come to know that mall cashier swiped 2 times for single transaction.


Again I went to mall and spoke with customer care executive, he was just taking casually. After going against him strongly, he made attempt to talk with my bank and my banker suggested that to make sure Mall is not claiming 2 times for this transaction, then issue will resolve. Executive assured me that he will talk to his accounts department and make sure about reverse of this transaction. So I blindly believed him after spending 2 hours of discussion.


On Sep 30, I have received shock from my bank looking at my bank statement. When I spoken with my bank, they said D Mart claimed 2 times for my transaction. After spending 2 hours additionally there, by following up on this issue if this kind of issue unacceptable. I have followed up for 3 days by calling 5 to 6 times on my issues with D mart mall in Siddapura.


Just they were telling it like they were following up with accounts team and get back to me.


Finally I raised compliant in their website, by expecting resolution for my issue. I have started getting a call from mall and they have started telling there is a technical error from their ICICI bank ATM machine so this issue happened for around 25+ customer. And their account team is working on it issue will resolve in 2 days. After a week also they have not resolved issue. I have ended up in sending the dispute form to my bank for getting this transaction reverse.


I had few queries to ask there respective manager, I went to store to spoken with them. I felt at least manager of the store will deal with customer properly who lost money( paid additional interest due to this bad transaction)  and my time( Following up with this stupid transaction) . He created most painful movement of the overall experience by not listening to the issue, just talking about some bull sit how credit card works.  I am being in the financial industry from last 10 years, it's difficult for me to lesson stupid answer in explanation. He created a situation worst like he is talking to some beggar on the street, in that I felt customer executive guy is for more better than his manger.


D mart management if you give your mall to this kind of managers to run and your service quality is going to be like this, I will surely say this will not run for longer term. Just act asap, otherwise customers don t only look at the cheap price look at Cheap attitude which your staff show. They always prefer to be away from your MALL….
