I am working with this company from the last 1 year. Rules are very pathetic, like-
1 year agreement while joining. If you go onsite, another bond. Daily 8 hours mandatory (going for tea, water not countable as working hours). There is some concision like below per day - 6 hrs mandatory per week - 36 hrs mandatory 2 weeks - 40 hrs mandatory they will count each and every minute, if you left one day 1 minute early/ came 1 min late will deduct 1/2 day salary.
If you worked more than 11 hrs in a day and next day if you work 5 hrs (11+5= 16 (actually its equal to 2 days working hours) then also will lose half-day salary. Even attendance (swipe) system also, for in-time if you swipe at 9:30 will show as 9:32 and for out-time swipe at 6:32 will show as 6:30, because avg walking time from entrance to your desk is 2 min, that much of calculations are there.
If you don't have any work like switching between projects then also should follow same timings.
Next comes to salaries, they will offer good salary (fixed pay + variable pay (most of companies doing same so its not a concern) which depends on company performance, better to lose hope on this) to hire people. But once hired they won't give good hike to you on next appraisal (sometimes 0%).
Even if you want to join this, prefer PUNE branch only. Most of the training for them only not for any other branches. At other branches training for freshers only, for freshers its ok they can learn something.
