Cutis is a clinic run by a useless Doctor Chandrashekhar in Chadra Layout.
He was running a very small clinic in BVK Iyengar Road. And from there he shifted to Chandra layout. Recently he has constructed a posh Clinic in Vijayanagar
I visited this clinic in 2011. When I went for the 1st time he asked me to shave my head and gave me some lotions. After using it for 3 months there was slight improvement.
After 6 months when I visited he gave me another lotion which after using caused so much of hair loss. When I reported to the Doctor, he told me that it is the sign that the medicines are working. The hair became thin.This went on for 9 months and when compared to the before treatment photos my hair had deteriorated very much. When told the Doctor about this seriously he asked me to go for "Roller" treatment for 6 sessions with head shave for each session. The cost of this was Rs.6000 for 1st session and Rs.3000 for next 5 sessions. This too did not yield any good results. In fact, not even 1% improvement.
After an year of this, when I met the Doctor in 2013, he again suggested me to go for a procedure called "Platelet Rich Plasma "(PRP) abt which he was very proud. He told me that he waited for one and a half years to get license for the Procedure from Switzerland and told me that it will yield good results and the quality and the thickness of the hair will also improve. Cost of PRP was Rs.10, 500 per session. The Doctor told that it will take at least 6 months to notice growth and further told that some of his patients who underwent this PRP procedure were able to see improvement just after 1st Session. So I took the treatment. I took the 1st session in May 2013 and the next in September 2013.
Even today I could not notice even a small improvement, despite undergoing all these treatments and even after spending nearly around Rs.1 lakh.
The only intention of sharing my experience is to prevent persons who are planning to visit this clinic for treatment so that they could save their money and put to use in better clinics.
Apart from money, the experience of shaving the head continuously for so many times is a big torture. I wish that not even my enemies face such a critical situation.
