I have been initially visiting Crossword Malad couple of times but after experiencing their quality of assistance, stock of books, magazines and stationeries, I got converted into a loyal customer. Also ended us becoming a Black Card member and availing discounts as well.
They have good stock of books, arranged in different categories and assist me well if I am not able to get any. I usually check an e-commerce app just to check the review of the books I purchase from the store. After going through many book stores, I ended up choosing this store. I end up visiting fortnightly just to check the new arrivals.
