Hyderabad has very limited book store where Customer Service is given Top preference.
This makes the customer come to store again and again.
Crossword has variety of books with different choice.
When a Customer enters in the store, the employee greet him/her and ask for his book preferences.
The employee guide him to particular section and saves lot of time.
Most of this stores are in Malls and Airports in Hyderabad.
Visited most of the stores and they follow this rules in all the stores
