Last year, I had to purchase a laptop so I visited nearest Croma Center to check out the laptops under my price range. Instead of showing me different brands and different varieties, the salesmen there were approaching the same products again and again. I did not get how were they selected there since they were clearly lacking technical knowledge about the products.
After quite searching, I bought a laptop( Hp Core i3 6th Gen- 4GB/500GB) with one year damage warranty and I was told that the warranty will be extended up to two years. After an year, I had heating and lagging issue and when I went for the servicing they said the warranty is expired and you will have to pay for the service.
So I had this heck of a bad experience with Croma and decided never to visit again for any of electronic products.
