This is about my croma refrigerator(croma brand) bought in May 2016. It has broken down six times since then(i.e. less than a year’s time span) They provide ridiculous service. The engineer doesn’t come for good 3-5 days. Every single time I have faced this issue. By that time, everything in the fridge goes bad.completely wasted. I have been asking for a replacement since the second time it broke down. But there is no response given from Croma. I will never recommend croma products. I am pasting a few emails below:
