Recently, 1 week ago I had purchased new led tv from croma and got delivered on time. I remember when I booked that TV, they told me that their technician will come at home within 2 working days from the date of delivery to install the system. But still I don't get any response from their technician.
So I decided to call on Croma retail's helpline number for asking about it. They told me that "we have registered your installation request and it will be attended in next 2 working days". That means two more days, how ridiculous is that. They are doing their job incomplete. I think their management needs to involve in start to end process.
Please don't offer your services that you can't deliver to your customers on time.
