I purchased air cooled last Friday 15 the April 2016, On Saturday 16th April 2016, observed water leakage. On Sunday 17th April 2016 I registered complaint via BOS170416FS00007. Got complain acknowldgement from Mccoy also with referance no:KAR164170553. Till today no response from either croma or Mccoy. Upon calling croma customer care for 4 days 20, 21 22 & 23 April getting same response saying "It will be done by end of today"
No response from Mccoy customer care
Very bad service.
