I own a Croma washing machine and still in warranty period. Almost 2 months back I had raised a complaint for the washing machine not working any more and a technician has visited my place to check the same. He updated us that some part has to be replaced in the washing machine and is not available with them currently. I was asked to wait for sometime until the spare part is available.
Its been almost two month now when I called the customer care to check on the status. I was updated that the request was closed on 29th September.
Seriously! I was never updated about this. Worst is the customer care as they cant do anything about it. Really feel helpless cant do anything about it.
I realize my mistake of buying a Product from Croma . In the same price I was getting a LG/Samsung washing machine but the way the well trained representative at Croma store convinced me I was easily fooled.
Now I realize why it is always a wise decision to go with good brands. At least they have easy availability of the spare parts and a far far better service and customer satisfaction.
Now I have to live with my Croma product and cant do anything about it. The only option I have is to try selling this washing machine once its repaired.
