Being a TATA enterprise, I expected Croma to be customer friendly.
I have been chasing them for a week now to get my Split AC installed by their technician. Every time I call the service helpdesk, they reply saying, they shall send a mail with priority, and confirms the job shall get done the same day. Nothing happens.
They cant even trace the technician, or share a number to talk to.
Now decided to get a local technician to get the job done.
