Pathetic(is a very lighter adjective to describe) after sales service.been more than 8 days and no person has turned up for AC installation, promise was to get it installed within 48 hours.i receive calls daily from customer care whether the task is done.does the customer care people and technical people not in sync? I completely regret why I bought Panasonic product from Croma.
if you cannot handle the customer requests, you should just shut down the store.
