I have purchased a HP laptop on 14-08-2015 From the day it was not working properly and it got corrupted, When I tried to contact store team there was no response after so many calls we only visited their store, After long conversation they took our laptop in the name of service .
After that I use to receive a call everyday from somebody to tell it will be handed over tomorrow, The tomorrow which he says it never comes.
Is this the way of customer service? Why should we suffer to get a good product after paying so much of money?
