Bought it for gifting.
It failed to impress with its sloppy camera app just after switched on first thing is camera and sound.
Sound quality is not even close to cheap nokia lowest priced non-smart-phones.
Battery is worst - got heated upto 47 degrees and reporting this to customer care is useless. They say this is normal, though specs say 45 degrees is normal, but this heating issue continued.
Even FM app is sloppy, it gives error messages "FM stopped responding" and asked to close every damn time I kept it running for 1-2 minutes with a recording of the same.
Battery is non-removable.
They just gave one assurance - will soon come up with some fix.
That soon should have been by the time product launched itself not on the occasion when customer buys and they use customers time and money to fix these sloppy bugs.
They have no offline store, if it was available - for sure none will buy it.
THRASH PHONE for the price paid. Also refund or exchange and quick service are not available(as promised on website) - I was asked to pay cost of 6K around if I want to return!
It is left to customer to do multiple followups and finally give-up.
So before you buy - ask yourself two questions:
Do you like being annoyed after paying money - then go for it!
Do you like to become a tester for them free of cost - then go for it!
Feel cheated and half heartedly using this phone.
