I went to Kashmir in July form cox and kings. It was a customized Honeymoon tour of 5N & 6 Days. One person from Cox & Kings Kunal Dighe represented us. Kunal know only 20% about kashmir and he told us that driver will help you. After we departed to Kashmir, there was not a single call from Cox and Kings or Kunal to know weather everything is all right or not. Kunal never called us and asked us that do you have any problems.
Our last day was pathetic when Cox and kings failed to tell us the name of Houseboat. We left early in the morning from Pahalgham and reached Srinagar. We waited outside of Dal lake for near about 2 hours and I was calling Kunal continuously to know the name of houseboat because there were near about 200 houseboats. After 2 Hours we got a call from cox & kings Kashmir and that person told us the name of houseboat(Not kunal). When we reached there there was no room available and we waited there for another 1 hour. This was really disgusting and bad experience from cox and kings.
People think twice before booking your tour at Cox and Kings to avoid such bad experience.
