European Tour experience. Review on Cox and Kings, Mumbai

I went to European Whirl tour on 5th June 2011. I read lot of review on Cox and Kings before my tour, I was worried to support the facts I did not have good experience in pre tour booking experience, l lost hope of good tour experience.

Once we started the tour till end end of the tour we had great experience. Our tour co ordinator Mr. Karl is just. great, some of the options we missed on certin days but he could able to complete on next day without fail. In itinery they said Eiffel tower level 1 but he arranged ticket for level 2, in Austria we could not able to see watten but we could finish on next day morning. From switzerland to Italy on the way there was a land slide due this we took different route it was just marvelous and too dangerous road and took additional 4 hours to reach the desitnation and we could not reach the hotel in time for dinner he refunded 10 Euro to everyone even we have not asked for the same and he stoped for dinner on the highway .Our driver Mr.Sep(Gernan Driver with 35 year driving experience) he his great driver very nice person we had very good bus.

Hotels are moderate to good for an example Hotel Rossili in Alpanstad in Switzerland is just ok and same way Hotel Crown plaza in padova Italy, Jurry Inn in London, Hotel Des Diablerets in Gstaad switzerland Hotel is very good Hotels( those who are interest you can check the hotel website for further details and photos)

I am sure we will not able to cover on our own with their cost. But I agree we were not able to spend much time in London & paris even though it is very important, cox & kings can add some more tour options which can extend number of days in london & parris with an increase in price, otherwise just by panormic /orientation tour will be just like film trial instead of a Movie.

To conclude, for next my tour definetly I choose cox & kings as my tour operator and I recomended my friends & collegues, but asked to take extra precuation while bookings and pre tour process with extra care where I had bitter experience.
