We had selected Cox and Kings, based on some good feedback from our friends. We had shortlisted Thomas Cook, SOTC and Cox and Kings initially. We left Thomas Cook as they didnt have Tailor made holidays and Call centre responses very slow. SOTC Mangalore didnt strenghten their case either.
Whereas COX and KINGS has excellent response time for queries posted in WEB. They respond swiftly and try to suit your requirements at best. Surprisingly, we never even visited their office. All the things were completed online and through calls.
This was not a group tour. We had taken their FLEXI Individual holiday of 6 nights Singapore package. Very well organised tour in singapore and Tour handling agents in Singapore of COX and Kings were really good.
Would surely recommend their package. Slightly on the higher side but worth the PREMIUM. In singapore we covered almost all the attractions - Night Safari, Gardens by the Bay, CITY Tour, Underwater World, Universal Studios, Jurong Bird Park, Singapore Flyer, River Cruise, Afternoon Till Sunset Sentosa Island. Stayed in PARKROYAL Kitchener Road, Adjacent to the Famous MUSTAFA CENTRE and City Centre Mall. It was like a perfect tour. All Indian restaurants were close by.
Good Aspects:
They are knowledgeable about the product
They attend to you in good manner.
Never get angry with you:)
They see to it all the things are completed on time.
Well received at the airport.
All sight seeings taken well care of.
Good rates in FOREX Mumbai.
Bad Aspects:
Check your iteinary before finalising and take all the deals in writing. Once the deal is closed its difficult to ammend. I had lot of issues in this regard. I was promised 10% cash back on Land package but were reluctant to pass on this to me. After 50 mails and calls, they gave me meal coupons on my package instead.
They take the paper work till the last minute of your journey.Scary if you live in a far off regions without proper mail services.
Last minute they release better deals at very less price, for a package similar to yours. Be ready to LIVE with it!
They prefer JET AIRWAYS only. Pathetic airlines / fleet. But good food.
But overall I would recommend their service and May use their Flexi hol service again .
