We took a 'Kashmir delight' tour of cox & kings in may '13. I made all the bookings on phone with Mumbai office.Nearly 45 days prior, we made payment of booking amount & till that time their response was very good but once the payment was done , there was absolutely no call/mail from their side.
Every time I used to call & get the status.Only 3 days prior the departure , I got the air tickets.(that too after lot of follow ups.I don't know if its their regular practice).Till the time, after reading all the reviews here , I was in a very bad mood.
But when the tour stared, the picture changed suddenly. Our tour manager Rajpreet called me one day prior & explained the tour & when we reached Srinagar, he was already there waiting for us.
All the transport arrangements were excellent.Tour itenary was also very well planned.No hectic schedules. All the meals ( bf, lunch & dinner) were on time & as best as possible.All the hotels including houseboat stay at Srinagar, were excellent.He upgraded our Hotels/rooms wherever possible & I must say, all the hotels given were very good. Hotel Staff was very co-operative. There is absolutely no scope of complaints.
I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.& travel with them again ! but they need to improve on their booking procedure. At least keep us posted about the progress of bookings.
