We six of same family were there to visit "Marvel Of Europe" DURING 25TH SEPT TO 1ST OCT 2017 through Cox & Kings Kolkata. OUR GUIDE WAS MR RUSBEY from Paris onward .His accompaniment during the trip to Europe enhanced the charm of visiting the places of Europe.I wish that in every of our future trip we get Mr Rusbey as our guide. The cool behaviour, softness to approach the tourists, knowledge and his hard working and co-operation is appreciable and hats off.
The services of Cox and Kings was superb.The journey was so meticulously planned taking care of all conveniences of the visitors from food to bed, long distance journey, sight seeing etc, etc. The itinary and the timing of visits were so well planned deserve appreciation. My family deserved that henceforth they would prefer to obtain Cox & Kings services in future trips.
However there has been some miscommunication between Kolkata details of the tour provided to the undersigned and the Mumbai details of the trip actually undertaken, Please take care in future to avoid such miscommunications .
