We a family of 4 traveled on European Anubahv tour for Marathi people from Mumbai, June 12 to June 23 2014. They showed us whatever was mentioned in the brochure. This tour was the cheapest compared to Thomas cook, Kesari or Veena Patil. Our tour Manager, Mr.Sushant Vedak was accommodating and helpful but lacked thorough knowledge. There are few things we didn't like.
We were booked on Oman Air, one of the horrible airlines. While going to London we had 5 hours halt in Muscat. Are you serious CNK? Our last stop was Rome. But Oman air doesn't fly from Rome so we had to travel to Milan by bus for 5 hours to catch our return flight to Mumbai. This is absolutely ridiculous. Again are you kidding CNK? Some of the hotels were far away. For example hotel in Italy was in Arezzo 2.5 hours drive from Rome. So on the day of Rome sightseeing we had to travel a total of 5 hours.Sightseeing time was lesser than the travel time. This is insane.
The breakfast was ordinary everyday. For non-vegetarians there was same chicken curry for dinner every night. No variety. The hotels at London-Hoilday Inn, Netherlands, Bonn(Germany) were very good. Rest of the hotels below average. I know in life you get what you pay for, but then they shouldn't quote such low price and mention the names of reputed the hotels in the brochure. They write similar in the brochure. Some hotels were not at all similar to those mentioned in the brochure. This tour being cheapest compared to others mentioned above I would rate it 5/10.
I would suggest this tour ONLY if people want to have a glimpse of Europe with low price and no expectations.
